Service description
You can make use of our service description feature, which enables you to add any additional details to a service you monitor. This could include important notes, a description of what you use the service for, reminders for your team, and more.
This will add an info icon next to your service name. When you hover over it, your custom text for the service description will be displayed. This tooltip is visible on both your public status page and your in-app board.
You can take advantage of this feature and set a custom description per service by doing the following actions:
1. Open up your board and click on the 3 dots next to a service, then click Configure:
2. Under the General tab, you will find the Description field where you can enter your custom text:
3. Once you have entered the text, click Save. That's it! Now, you will see an info icon and your custom description when you hover over it.
