Connecting StatusGator to PagerDuty
To enable the PagerDuty Uptime integration, follow next steps:
1. Go to the Integrations page in StatusGator. Under Incident Management, click Add next to PagerDuty Integration.
2. You’ll need a token from your PagerDuty account. Sign into PagerDuty and click on Services in the top menu. Then select Service Directory.
3. Click on the New Service button.
4. Enter the Name and Description, hit the Next button. Follow instructions for step 2 and 3 based on your preference.
5. On step 4, check off the Events API V2 box, scroll all the way down and hit Create Service.
6. On the next page, copy the Integration Key.
8. Head back to StatusGator and insert your integration key into the respective field, then hit Save. That's it!
You can now test your PagerDuty integration
1. Click on the Test Integrations button in the upper-right corner. Choose a status, monitor, integration (PagerDuty), hit Send Test.
