Privacy settings
Allow StatusGator support access
This setting controls whether StatusGator support staff can access your organization to provide assistance.
When enabled (default), support staff may access your organization to troubleshoot issues or answer support requests.
When disabled, support access is blocked until you re-enable it.
You can toggle this setting at any time. If you need help while support access is disabled, you may be asked to temporarily re-enable it.
Admin sign-in requirements with SSO
For organizations using single sign-on (SSO), this setting controls how admins are allowed to sign in.
Allow admin sign-in without SSO
When enabled (default), admins may sign in using email and password as a fallback in addition to SSO.
When disabled, all admins must sign in using SSO.
This setting helps organizations enforce stricter authentication policies and reduce reliance on password-based logins.
Allow outage report training and analysis (Enterprise)
Enterprise organizations can control whether outage report content is used for training and analysis.
When enabled, StatusGator may analyze outage report text to generate summaries or insights (for example, using large language models).
When disabled, outage report content will not be used for training or analysis.
This setting does not affect the storage or visibility of outage reports—only how their text may be processed.
Saving changes
Changes made in the Privacy tab take effect immediately after saving and apply across all boards in your organization.
