Troubleshooting Common SSO Issues
SAML Attribute Mappings
The most common problem encountered when configuring SAML SSO is incorrect attribute mappings. Attribute mappings allow provide information on user properties are presented to StatusGator in SAML messages. In many cases StatusGator already knows how to map your identity providers attributes to those requried by StatusGator ( email, first_name, and last_name). If you've configured SAML SSO and are still unable to sign in, please ensure these attributes are mapped from names in your identity provider to the names needed by StatusGator.

Blank Screen
After configuring SAML SSO, if you encounter a blank screen or an error indicating an incorrect URL. In this case disconnect and re-connect your identity provider to StatusGator ensuring each of the values is correct.
