Email notifications
Email is one of the most popular ways to get notified about outages affecting your monitors. We recommend you send notifications to a distribution list for your IT or help desk support team. That way, all team members stay in formed about incidents and know what to say to end-users seeking support. You can also list multiple email addresses separated by commas.
1. Go to the Integrations page. Click on the Configure button on the right from Email.
Note: By default you will have the Email notifications integration already set up. It gets set up automatically during your account registration and the email for the Email integration will be the same email you used during your registration on StatusGator.
2. You can modify the email or add more. Once that's done, Save changes.
