Report an issue

Help detect potential problems early by reporting anomalies directly from your admin board. These reports stay internal and feed into our Early Warning Signals system, helping everyone stay ahead of possible outages.

How to report an issue

  1. Go to your board's Monitors page.
  2. Find the relevant monitor.
  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the monitor and select Report Issue.
  4. In the popup, optionally add a short description or relevant details.
  5. Click Submit to send your report.

Your report is added to our internal monitoring system, triggering faster detection and notifications to all affected users.
