Managing an incident
Incident is an outage or downgraded performance of some service/feature/site. You can create incidents affecting your organization and manually change/adjust incident statuses to make sure your team stays up-to-date.
You can do the following actions with an incident:
Create incident - document an ongoing issue/outage/downgraded performance as an incident. You'll see created incidents on the Incidents page, your Status page, and on the Monitors page (for affected custom monitors).
Add incident update - post an update to the ongoing issue/outage/downgraded performance to update its current status so that your team or your Status page users are aware and notified.
View incident details - review the incident history timeline, including incident update phases, descriptions, affected monitors and their status, update author, and update time.
Remove incident - delete the ongoing issue/outage/downgraded performance from from your incident list.
