Connecting StatusGator to Microsoft Teams (to be retired)

Important notice
Microsoft has deprecated the Connectors method for integrating with Microsoft Teams. Support for this method will be removed in the near future.

We highly recommend switching to the Workflows approach instead set up Microsoft Teams integration using workflows

StatusGator can send notifications to your Microsoft Teams chat whenever the status pages you monitor post downtime, warning, or maintenance.

Connect your StatusGator account to Teams using Teams' Webhook functionality:

1. Go to the Integrations page on StatusGator and click on the Add button next to Microsoft Teams.

2. Now, get the URL from Teams. First, switch over to your Teams account. You need to select the needed channel and then go to Manage Channel

3. Under connectors, hit Edit:

4. Hit Add next to Incoming Webhook:

4. Copy and paste the resulting Webhook URL back into the StatusGator Notifications page. Be sure to click Save to save your Notification configuration changes.

Feel free to test Microsoft teams integration by clicking the Test integration button. You'll receive a test notification in the selected channel
